Lysaire Shipping Policy

Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding

weekends and holidays). During new arrivals, promotions, or

sale periods, processing times may take up to 5 business

days due to high order volumes.

 

 

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a shipping

confirmation email with your tracking number so you can

follow your package every step of the way.

Shipping Within The Bahamas

Grand Bahama: Local delivery and pick-up options

are available.

 

New Providence & Family Islands: Orders are shipped via

local courier or mailboat. Delivery typically takes 2–5 business

days after processing.


Please ensure your contact information and delivery address

are correct to avoid delays.

 

U.S. & International Shipping

 

We offer shipping throughout the United States and select

international destinations. U.S. Orders: Delivered within

5–10 business days after processing. International Orders:

Delivery times vary by location, typically 7–14 business days

Customs fees, duties, or taxes (if applicable) are the customer’s

responsibility.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location

and order weight. From time to time, Lysaire may offer free

shipping promotions stay subscribed to our newsletter to be the

first to know.

Order Tracking

Once shipped, tracking information will be emailed to you. If you

don’t see your tracking email, please check your spam folder or

contact us at info@lysaire.com for assistance.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Lysaire is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to

courier errors, incorrect addresses, or weather-related issues.

However, we’ll do our best to assist you in locating your order.

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your

package, please contact your local courier or post office first

before reaching out to us.

Preorders

If an item is marked as preorder, please note the estimated

shipping date in the product description. Preorder items will be

shipped as soon as they become available.
