At Lysaire, we take pride in providing high-quality, luxury plus-size
fashion and accessories. If you are not completely satisfied with
your order, we are happy to accept eligible returns for store credit only,
subject to the terms below.
Eligibility Requirements:
Returns must be received within 7 calendar days of the original
delivery date (as shown on the carrier’s tracking record).
Items must be in their original packaging, with all tags attached.
Items must show no signs of wear, stains, perfume, makeup,
or damage.
All clothing accessories (if included with the original purchase)
must be returned.
Proof of purchase (order number or packing slip) is required.
What You Receive:
Approved returns will receive store credit equal to the purchase price
of the item(s), excluding shipping, duties, or taxes. Store credit will
be issued within 7–10 business days after inspection and will be valid
for 12 months.

How to Initiate a Return:
Email us at info@lysaire.com within 7 days of delivery with
your order number, item(s), and clear photos.
Wait for your Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions.
Ship the item back using a trackable method. The customer
is responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to
a Lysaire's error.
Defective/Incorrect Items:
Report damaged, defective, or incorrect items within 48 hours of
delivery. We will provide a replacement or store credit once verified.
International Returns:
International customers follow the same policy and are responsible for
all return shipping, duties, and fees. By purchasing from Lysaire, you
agree to this Return & Store Credit Policy. Please note that returns
